Whether you are a home owner, an interior designer, a real estate agent, or builder, you should see your new construction project come to life with a 3D Rendering! Take a look at some of my favorite rendering projects below.

The Bachelor Pad - A Custom Home

Still one of my favorite projects to date, my car-loving bachelor wanted a custom home designed with the main living area on the top floor! The first level was designed to be a 6 car garage with some serious ceiling height so he could have car lifts! The lower level also had a theater room and full bath. Going up the main stairs, this bachelor wanted to have one the master bedroom with en-suite, a guest bath, a pool table dining room, wet bar, which opened to the living room and large gourmet style kitchen. I tried to convince him to go for a counter-height island, but he went for car height! (oh and did I mention, he added a pool house/guest house/office and in-ground pool to the back yard)

A Kitchen Re-Design

This rendering was produced for a boutique interior design company in South Florida. Working remotely has been a specialty of mine since 2007. The design firm gave me detailed plans, finish materials, and number of views to share with their client. One of the most important reasons for renderings: The Client / Homeowner can see if they  want to make any changes BEFORE construction starts! This client decided they wanted to change up their finishes, so I revised the rendering with new materials.

Whole House Re-work

I LOVE moving walls and doing plan reviews to determine what the best flow is for a house. I worked with the boutique interior design company in South Florida to show the client what her house could look like with a little love (ok a LOT of love)! Take a look at the original house plan and a couple rendered views. This project was more about the walls and less about selecting furniture, so I just filled the layout with furniture blocks to show ideal layout.
